Each order is thoughtfully packed to withstand transit and ensure that gemstones, rudraksha, crystals, and jewellery arrive in their original, pristine condition.

All shipments are fully insured during transit, offering complete peace of mind until your order is successfully delivered.

Reliable Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners, including but not limited to Shiprocket and BlueDart, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time. In such cases, customers will be kept informed at every stage.

 

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 days from the date of dispatch.

International Orders (Outside India)

  • International deliveries generally take 20–30 days from the date of dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
  • In the event that an international order cannot be successfully delivered, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 30–40 days from the date the issue is identified.
  • We currently ship to over 150 countries worldwide.

All delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, geographic location, or unforeseen circumstances. NamahSutra does not guarantee delivery within the stated timelines but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely fulfilment.

Delivery Address Guidelines

Accurate Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. We deliver only to residential or business addresses and do not ship to PO boxes, hotels, malls, or public locations.

Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

You acknowledge that NamahSutra shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or discrepancies arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of order placement.

 

Order Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) containing tracking details.
  • You may track your shipment in real time using the provided link and will receive periodic updates throughout the delivery process.

 

Delivery Attempts & Receipt

Verification on Delivery

For high-value orders, signature confirmation and ID verification may be required. If you are unavailable, a trusted representative may receive the order on your behalf.

NamahSutra shall not be responsible for any issues arising due to negligence in accepting delivery by you or your designated recipient.

Missed Deliveries

Courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us.
For rescheduling or delivery-related queries, customers are advised to contact the courier partner directly or reach out to us at support@namahsutra.com.

 

Delays Due to Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

While we strive to meet delivery commitments, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

In such cases, customers will be notified and provided with updated delivery information. Delays arising from such events shall not be considered a breach of obligation, and customers agree to allow reasonable additional time for delivery.

 

Non-Delivery, Damaged Shipments & Returns

  • If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@namahsutra.com within 30 days of purchase.
  • In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers are advised to refuse delivery and notify us immediately with supporting details.
