At NamahSutra, every piece of spiritual jewellery is crafted using natural rudraksha and gemstones — making each creation unique in its appearance and energy. Due to the sacred and handcrafted nature of our products, we request customers to carefully review this policy before initiating any return, replacement, or refund request.
All return, exchange, or refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. NamahSutra reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any such request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Please Note: Due to the intrinsic and sacred nature of our products, returns are accepted only under specific qualifying circumstances. We encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully and contact our support team before placing an order.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following qualifying circumstances:
Important: Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than the two conditions stated above, unless covered under our Authenticity Assurance clause (Section 05).
Due to the nature of spiritual jewellery and to protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims, customers must provide clear videographic evidence of the product at the time of opening the package.
Failure to submit valid video proof will render NamahSutra unable to process the return or exchange request under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
All return or exchange requests must be raised within the stipulated timeframe and under the following conditions:
Requests made after the 7-day window will not be considered under any circumstances — including transit delays, public holidays, or other external factors.
NamahSutra stands firmly by the authenticity and quality of all products sold on our platform. However, if a customer has genuine concerns regarding the quality or authenticity of a gemstone, they may have it independently tested.
The gemstone must be tested at a government-authorised, ISO-certified, or internationally reputed gemological institute (such as GIA, IGI, or a recognised government lab).
If the gemstone is conclusively proven to be synthetic or artificial by such an institute, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund, return, or exchange as preferred.
Please Note: Courier charges, taxes, VAT, customs duties, or similar charges are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Due to the risk of counterfeit substitution and the intrinsic nature of spiritual products, personalised wearable items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances. Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions or contact support prior to placing such orders.
Once a return request is approved by our team, the refund will be processed as follows:
Our team reviews and approves your return request after verifying video proof and eligibility conditions.
The returned product is received at our facility and inspected for original condition, packaging, and certification.
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund following inspection.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10–12 working days, subject to bank processing timelines and public holidays.
Mandatory: Refunds can only be issued to the original source of payment. This is a legal and regulatory requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

For COD orders exceeding ₹2,00,000, NamahSutra may request additional documentation — including PAN card details — for refund processing in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
NamahSutra shall not be held responsible for refund delays caused by incorrect bank details, identity mismatches, or failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
For prepaid payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, approved refunds are typically credited within 5–7 working days of refund initiation.
While NamahSutra makes all reasonable efforts to process refunds promptly, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banking systems, technical issues, or third-party payment service providers. Please allow the full processing window before escalating a query.
Returns or exchanges will not be entertained for the following reasons under any circumstances:

Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. All exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt at support@namahsutra.com.
Videographic proof of the damaged item remains mandatory for all exchange requests — no exceptions.
