This policy applies to all orders placed on www.namahsutra.com and covers returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for customers across India.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and the personalised nature of the product. Please review carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly sent, you are eligible for a full return or free replacement — regardless of the standard conditions above.
Returning a product is simple. Follow these five steps and our team will guide you through the rest.
Email us at support@namahsutra.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether your return is eligible.
If approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Do not use damaged or torn packaging.
Ship the item to the address our team provides. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within the timelines mentioned below.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email or WhatsApp.
