This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on namahsutra.com and covers domestic deliveries across India as well as international shipments. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Important: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control — including courier delays, public holidays, natural events, or remote delivery locations. NamahSutra shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Order Processing
All orders placed on NamahSutra are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

Customs & Import Duties: All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and associated charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. NamahSutra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
International delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local holidays, or courier delays in the destination country. NamahSutra shall not be held responsible for such delays.
Shipping Charges
- All domestic orders (Pan India) — Completely FREE shipping with no minimum order value
- International orders — Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions at checkout
- Express domestic delivery — Available at an additional charge, displayed at checkout
- Re-delivery attempts — If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply
Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable — including in cases of order cancellation after dispatch or returns initiated by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.
- Tracking details are shared within 24–48 hours of dispatch
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking ID provided
- For Shopify orders, tracking is also available under "My Orders" in your NamahSutra account
- If you have not received tracking details within 3 working days of order confirmation, please contact our support team
Tracking not updating? This is common within the first 24 hours after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate and show real-time updates.
Sacred Packaging
Every NamahSutra order is packed with the same reverence we extend to the products themselves. Our packaging is designed to protect, preserve, and present your spiritual jewellery in a manner worthy of its sacred significance.
- All products are individually wrapped in protective cushioning to prevent damage during transit
- Orders are packed in tamper-evident, sealed packaging to ensure product integrity upon delivery
- Lab certification documents and product authenticity cards are included in every shipment
- Gift packaging is available for select products — please check the product page for availability
Unboxing Video Reminder: We strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video at the time of receiving your order. This is mandatory for processing any return or exchange request in the event of damage or incorrect delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While NamahSutra endeavours to meet all estimated delivery timelines, certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control:
- National or regional public holidays
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Courier partner operational disruptions or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
- High-volume periods — festive seasons, sales events
NamahSutra shall not be held liable for delays caused by the above circumstances. In case of significant delay beyond the estimated window, please contact our support team for assistance.
Failed Delivery
A delivery attempt is considered failed if the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or the package is refused at the door.
- Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before marking the shipment as undeliverable
- After failed attempts, the package is held at the courier facility for a limited period before being returned to us
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering
- Re-shipping charges will apply for orders returned to us due to failed delivery caused by customer error
Address Correction: If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at support@namahsutra.com immediately — before the order is dispatched. Address changes cannot be made after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, rare cases of loss or damage during transit may occur. In such cases, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at support@namahsutra.com within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date
- Provide your order number, tracking ID, and clear photographs or video of the damaged packaging or product
- Our team will initiate an investigation with the courier partner on your behalf
- Upon confirmation of loss or transit damage, NamahSutra will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
All NamahSutra shipments are insured against transit loss or damage. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery — delayed claims may not be eligible for resolution.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
NamahSutra offers Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible domestic orders, subject to the following conditions:
- COD is available for orders up to a specified value limit — displayed at checkout
- COD orders may take 1–2 additional working days for processing compared to prepaid orders
- Please ensure the exact COD amount is available at the time of delivery — courier partners may not carry change
- COD is not available for international shipments or certain remote pin codes
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of the COD facility for your account
If a COD order is refused at delivery without prior cancellation, the customer may be liable for return shipping charges incurred by NamahSutra.
